    • Do you offer samples or trial sizes?

Yes, we do. You can receive upto 2 free samples. The only cost you will need to cover is the shipping. Please email us here.

Yes, they are. 

    • Do your products have an expiration date?

Yes, they do. Each bottle indicates how long the product will last. As all of our products are natural some will need to be stored in a cool and dark area.

    • How much does shipping cost?

We ship our products with Sendle

    • How long does shipping take?

Depending on your location. Usually it takes between 4-7 days. 

    • Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do on all orders over $80 (only within Australia) 

    • Where do you ship to?

Normally, Australia only. Please email us for international orders. 

    • Can I track my order?

Yes, you can do it via Sendle website. 

    • What is your return policy?

We want to make your online shopping experience as simple as possible and make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at mhallam@emoly.com.au and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue.

Please note: Only items purchased on our website can be returned to us for store credit or exchange. If you have purchased an item from a reseller, please refer to their store policies and contact them directly.

If you have skin allergies, please read the product ingredients before purchasing it. 

For damaged orders please email us within 5 days and please ensure you include photographs and or videos with your email. Our friendly Customer Service team will work with you for a successful outcome.

If you have been through these processes and still cannot locate your parcel, please email us at mhallam@emoly.com.au. If your package has been 'stuck in transit' for longer than expected please let us know so we can lodge a 'missing package investigation' with Sendle. Every missing package will be assigned a unique case number by Sendle and can take up to 2-4 weeks to locate.

NOTE:We do not provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item, so please choose carefully.

By all common cards, bank transfer (please email us in advance), PayID.

    • Is your website secure?

Yes, Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends by default to all stores powered by Shopify. We are very serious about securely hosting your store and have invested significant time and money to certify our solution is PCI compliant.

    • Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

We offer deals on regular basis. Also, loyal customers often get special discount codes. Lastly, we frequently put an extra gift in the shipping box.
